At Lucid, we understand that you may wish to supply your own hardware. Whilst it’s not mandatory to purchase devices from us, there have been instances in the past where customer devices have not met the required system specifications. This has meant we’ve been unable to support them fully.
Having the right device/s is how we can ensure you and your business are fully supported, have the best user experience, adequate security and seamless connectivity.
If you do decide to supply your own hardware, please ensure it meets the below minimum/recommended system specifications:
