How to contact us in an emergency, outside of hours

Emergency Response

For emergency response outside business hours please dial 1300 258 243. Customers contacting our office outside business hours will be greeted by our automated attendant and presented with two options as follows:

  • For non-urgent requests where you are unable to log a service request online, press 1 and leave a message which will be actioned next business day.
  • Alternatively, for urgent issues that require immediate support, press 2 to accept charges and your call will be diverted to our on-call technician.

Standard support hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
